Course Details

Onion Creek Club has one of the most beautiful golf courses in the state with gently rolling fairways shaded by towering cypress, oak and pecan trees that line the banks of Onion Creek. No where can this be more evident than on holes# 2 through #8 on the original side. The creek guards the back of #2 green and holds steady along the right side of holes #3 through #8. On the back nine, the creek makes a presence again on the right side of #3 North and #16 North – two of the most picturesque holes in Texas. Our 27-hole golf course is challenging and fun at both the championship and beginner level and is walker friendly.

Onion Creek Club also has a signature three-facet practice facility. The range has 31,000 square feet of teeing ground. It is also equipped with six target greens that vary in length from 40 to 225 yards depending on the location of the hitting stations. In addition to the range, there is a bunker and chipping green. This practice area includes a 6,000 square foot green that is mowed to the same height as the course greens. Three different pin locations can be found on the chipping green to practice bunker shots from varying lengths. The putting green is 14,000 square feet and the contour of the green allows the player to emulate uphill, downhill, and side hill putts that they might encounter on the course.
